Contacted WR for some advice about an issue with my boiler that has been playing up over a period of time. I mentioned to Colette what I thought the issue could be (not being an expert myself) and within 5 mins of contact an engineer appointment was arranged Jay attended and dealt with the fault/issues well within a timely manner, he was polite & highly professional. Also while he was here he checked all rads in the house for me for leaks/issues, where he found a few leaks on various rads. So has arranged for these to be quoted up and sorted for myself. I can highly recommend WR, they are efficient, polite & genuine! A massive thank you again!

W R Plumbing saved our Christmas! Our oil boiler broke down late on Christmas eve, when no one else would come out and look or even answer the phone, W R were more than happy to help. Within 10minutes an emergency plumber phoned me to try and fix the issue over the phone but when this failed he was at our house within half an hour. An hour later and the boiler was back up and running. We will 100% be using WR again for all of our boiler needs.

Rang WR plumbing & heating around 7.45am for an emergency repair as we had a leak under our home & were very happy that they dispatched Kyle & his colleague who arrived 30 minutes later to sort out the leak. They were polite, friendly and professional, and by 8.45am, the problem had been fixed. Very impressed with the service. Thank you, will highly recommend to friends & neighbours.

Rang on a Monday afternoon, Colette was extremely efficient and helpful, and by 8.30 the following morning Kyle arrived to sort the 2 issues. Had a problem this morning with an outside tap, tried repairing but got to the stage where I could not continue with unit that was fitted and therefore could not turn back on water supply.
Phoned WR Pluming, spoke to a very pleasant lady who took my details and passed my information to one of her plumbers, didn’t take long before Kyle came out and was very quick and efficient in sorting me out, amazing service, completely recommend WR Plumbing as a very customer caring company.
